Weathering the 'Storm' As a Team

”Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face…” One of my favorite quotes of all time, by the profound Mike Tyson. The last year and a half feels pretty much like a title fight; round after round, taking punches and having to adjust… protecting our team and our clients, PPE rules, ever-changing forecasts and timelines, materials cost volatility and scarcity, and overworked subs. And despite it all, in what has been our most challenging time in business, our team has banded together to find ways to continue to grow personally and professionally - both with new projects as well as new skills and new perspectives. Therefore, we are super proud to be recognized at #139 on the 2021 Qualified Remodeler Top 500 national list (ranked by remodeling revenue), because it shows that are weathering the ‘storm’ as a small business and have continued to do what we love, build and remodel homes. But what we’re most proud of is keeping our team of singularly talented humans together, safe, supported, and whole.
