Our Mighty Oak

We have never felt comfortable with the structure or implied hierarchy of a typical org chart, despite knowing that lines of accountability are critical. After years of striving to find an alternative, we developed our own. A more symbolic and holistic expression of what we stand for and how we maintain sustainable growth is manifested in our "ABA Mighty Oak". The sun, the earth, the rain, the leaves, and their inexorable and inherent mutualism of all the pieces make it strong and help it grow.
