A+B Recognized in Harvard Business School Case Study

We were deeply honored to have a Harvard Business School case study written about us following the height of the pandemic, based on our response to the shutdown and protecting the jobs of our treasured team and the business. We were invited to sit in on a class where the professor who authored the case study taught it to his class. Angus Beasley and I sat there listening to 50+ students analyze and comment on the structure of our company and the choices we made during the pandemic, and it was one of the most humbling and surreal experiences of my professional life. It turns out that building a values-driven, culture-first company is also a resilient, sustainable, and strategically robust one.
